At Nēbu Luxury, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home collections; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original luxury boxing and protective materials to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
